Nicky Clarke Stop Fade Moisture Mask

I have a confession to make. I try to eek out how long I have to go back to the salon for my highlights for as long as physically possible. I notice my roots coming through, I ignore, ignore, ignore, until I absolutely have to go. I'm sure I'm not alone in this. I'd love to go regularly every 3 months like clockwork, but the expense is sooooo much.

Hair masks are a great way to keep your colour going for longer and keep your hair in better condition so you don't have to go to the salon quite so much. Say hello to Nicky Clark's Stop Fade Moisture Mask!

This is packed to the brim full of wonderful ingredients to make your hair the softest its ever been, super shiny, and most importantly for those like me with colour in their hair, it keeps hair looking radiant. I have blonde highlights which after a while can look really dull.

The mask itself is very thick. You don't need much of it and I also use it to coat from about halfway down my hair. I think if you put this anywhere near your roots it would weigh down the hair far too much. The first thing I noticed was how soft my hair was, but over time I definitely saw an improvement in how my colour was lasting, as opposed to not using anything.

Key ingredients include Vitamin E, keratin amino acids, lychee and baobab oils. It also has a faint orangey scent which is very pleasant.

As a weekly hair treat, you can't go wrong with it. Priced at £22 I think this is going to last me a long, long time! Find out more about it here
